For over 20 years, Aileen Trace has been a dedicated supporter, always finding ways to give back to the community that has supported her son, Mark Trace, a long-term employee at Gladstone social enterprise.
Each Christmas, Aileen pours her heart into making delicious treats, with every dollar raised going to local their social club. Last year, she raised a massive $500 donation. However, instead of putting the money into the social club fund, the team made the heartfelt decision to redirect it to three employees who faced unexpected hardships late last year.
You can just see how the generous donation is making employees at Gladstone, like Rhiannon Elliot (pictured) very happy.

Aileen’s passion for helping others is truly inspiring, reminding us all of the power of community and the impact one person can make.
