As of this week, our Business Solution sites in Victoria have migrated to a brand new invoicing and work-order system called Evolution 10. Why is this important, you may ask? Not only is it another win in our Annual Operating Plan, but it’s also a successful start of our exciting Evolution 10 migration project, which will see all Business Solutions sites operating on the ONE invoice and work order system.
It’s all part of the way we are getting back to doing more of what matters.
What was the problem?
For a long time, our sites have worked across three different systems. This has left us vulnerable to technical risks, errors and inefficiencies.
Our worksites and Finance teams were tired of having to reconcile three different systems, so the Evolution 10 migration project kicked off!
What did we do to fix it?
Systems were tested, training was developed and rolled out, and with the help of our many super users and the project team, phase 1 went live this morning! All Victorian sites were rolled onto the new system, and we are another step closer to operating as ONE across our finance systems in the work portfolio.
What’s next?
It doesn’t stop there. Phase 2 is coming soon (ETA August), which will see the remaining sites upgrading their system to Evolution 10! User guides, videos and other training will be available on Engage, and in the coming months, sites will be engaged for virtual refresher training in preparation for this exciting transition.
