Nominations for the Australian Disability Service Awards (ADSA) are now open!
It’s our sector’s night of nights, with 14 categories recognising excellence in the disability service industry. In 2023 Endeavour Foundation took out the top gong with Home Site Supervisor Yoshea Ledgard winning the Most Outstanding Support Worker award, and Support Worker Theresia Fuessel being named a finalist in the same category. Outstanding achievement!

Tips for your brief:
- Ensure your nominee has gone above and beyond what is required in their role or field. What sets them apart?
- Provide results or evidence of this, including data or anecdotal evidence
- Focus on the impact this person / project had on people we support. They are the heart of everything we do!
- Dot points are your friend! Use them to provide short, sharp information.
- Avoid jargon or acronyms.
