Call for volunteers! Bridge to Brisbane

We have an incredible opportunity to connect and engage with our participants while increasing our brand’s visibility and purpose. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us make this event a success! As the Gold VIP Partner, we will have a prominent branded marquee at the finish line, where we will be giving away bottles of water, mandarins, and sunglasses. Participants will also have the chance to enter a lucky draw.
Volunteer times
We need 20 volunteers split into two shifts:
- 6:00am – 9:30am: 10 volunteers
- 9:30am – 12:30pm: 10 volunteers (Event officially ends at 12:00pm)
Please note, parking will not be available, so plan to use public transport or arrange a drop-off with friends or family.
Volunteer roles:
- Welcoming and cheering: Greet participants as they cross the finish line and encourage them to visit the EF branded marquee.
- Distribution: Hand out bottles of water, mandarins, and sunglasses to participants.
- Lucky draw: Draw participants’ attention to the lucky draw by guiding them to scan a QR code.
- Clean-up assistance: Assist the Fundraising team in cleaning up and loading items onto the truck at the event’s conclusion.
