United through colour in Melbourne!

The Kinross Arts Centre in Toorak was glistening in vibrant colours on 14 June as we unveiled QArt’s ‘United Through Colour’ exhibition.

Operations Manager, Carlos Aguado, took the stage to praise the contributing artists and celebrate their unique perspectives.

“These artists redefine creativity and inspire us all,” he said.

Gallery Supervisor, Lily Platts, alsoled an engaging Q&A session with QArt artists, Stefan Farina and Jarrod Wendt, delving into their creative processes, inspirations, and exciting upcoming projects. This includes commissions to create custom artworks for some of Australia’s most prominent and exciting brands!

‘United Through Colour’ is more than just an exhibition; it’s a profound exploration of abstract color, offering a glimpse into the rich and diverse human experience through the eyes of QArt’s 18 talented artists with disability. Each painting is a testament to the boundless expressions of self and a masterclass in colour psychology. Local Area Marketing Specialist, Katie McKinnon, said “just standing in front of these paintings will immediately lift your energy and mood”

If you live in or find yourself in Melbourne before this Friday 28 June, we encourage you to view these incredible artworks in person.

Better yet, bring the magic home by purchasing a ‘United Through Colour’ artwork from QArt’s online gallery

Congratulations to our dedicated QArt and VIC teams, including QArt Supervisors, Gordon Hayward and Lily Platts. Together, they have created an unforgettable celebration of art and inclusion in Melbourne.
