Saki Nojiri deserves all the credit! She joined #TeamPossible as a Credit Trainee in June last year, eager to understand the NDIS and learn our internal processes while completing her Certificate III in Business. With increased knowledge, her confidence grew, and so did her ability to build strong relationships with people we support and their families and carers through effective communication and personalised service.
By February this year, Saki’s positive demeanour and strong work ethic earned her a permanent role as a Credit Officer. In this position, she continued to excel by embracing more responsibilities and adapting seamlessly to change. Her willingness to share her expertise and mentor new team members also demonstrated her commitment to not just her growth but also the success of those around her.
