Maroochydore social enterprise employees united to recognise Do It For Dolly Day on 10 May by wearing blue.
The day, led by Dolly’s Dream, aims to change the culture of bullying by spreading awareness of its impacts through education and direct support to young people and families.
The Maroochydore employees dedicated their toolbox talk to speaking about how to recognise bullying behaviour, the types of bullying and what to do if it happens to them or someone they know.
This sparked meaningful conversations, with employees leaving the morning meeting feeling empowered and supported.
Well done team 💙! We encourage other teams to engage in similar conversations. The more we talk about bullying, the more we can nurture safe spaces where people feel comfortable reporting negative behaviour if they see it or experience it.
