Counting money and coffee

Nambour L&L recently ran their very own on-site shop, called Coffee and Treasure.

Andrew, Grant, Gene, James, and Shane handmade all kinds of treasures including the signs for the shop! The team also created ‘NDVR dollars’, which were handed out for each person to come and purchase items. 

This was a great opportunity for everyone to work on their counting skills by counting out the money for each item they purchased.

Dot-to-dot tracing was also done for the signs which was another fun learning opportunity to improve fine motor skills. Above all, the hub’s Coffee and Treasure shop generated a lot of fun, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces!
