What service do we provide?

We have updated our transport structure for residents who live in an Endeavour Foundation home OR use 24/7 in-home support, and all people we support who use transport to get to one of our Business Solution sites or L&L hubs.

To change transport arrangements, please follow the below process:

1. Download and complete this Transport Enquiry Form.
2. Email the completed form to [email protected]
3. The SD Transport team will manage the request with the supplier and confirm with the manager

You no longer need to go directly to the suppliers to arrange transport. Every request must go through the SD Transport team via the template.

Our Transport team will also centrally manage all transport suppliers and routes, allowing for easier management of changes to customer transport arrangements.
