Our Goal

Our strategic objective is to drive long term social impact by charting a path to ensure more people we support feel included, empowered and lead full and purposeful lives where they can exercise choice and control.

To achieve this, our goal is to sustainably grow and transform into a truly client-led organisation, with long-term objectives to focus on client safety, health & wellbeing, independence, social inclusion and employment of our clients.

Our workforce, and therefore our workforce strategy, is a key enabler to achieve these ambitions and deliver on our mission and purpose as an organisation aiming to help people we support turn possibilities into reality.

Our Purpose

Strategic workforce planning (SWP) is a process that organisations use to align their workforce with their overall business strategy and objectives. It involves analysing and forecasting an organisation’s current and future workforce needs, as well as identifying the skills and capabilities required to achieve strategic goals.

SWP is crucial for us to proactively address challenges related to talent management, workforce shortages, and changing business needs. It helps ensure that we remain agile and capable of adapting to evolving market conditions while maintaining a competitive edge.

Our Process

We partner with business leaders using a highly collaborative design thinking approach to identify current workforce challenges and future workforce goals. We bring together all the necessary people from across the organisation to ideate and innovate strategic solutions that we then refine and include as action items within the SWP.
