With a focus on safety and a positive customer experience, our three business divisions of Home, Community and Work ensure that our Service Delivery functions run smoothly and align to and support Endeavour Foundation’s purpose, values and organisational strategy.

Home
Our Home division operates 24/7 services. We support people with disability who want to live independently by providing flexible options for living arrangements.
We provide tailored support for people to live independently in alignment with their NDIS plan and goals. This includes supporting people to be responsible for the running of their home and managing their daily living expenses.

Community
Our Community division supports people with disability to access their community, engage in activities, connect socially and access learning and development opportunities.
A range of flexible and adaptable learning and skills development programs, recreation and social activities are available via 1:1 and group support programs at our Learning and Lifestyle hubs and within the community. These programs are personalised to allow the people we support to be as independent as possible and live their best life in alignment with their NDIS plan and goals.

Work
Our Work division actively focuses on creating employment opportunities for people with disability. This division collaborates with corporate partners and mainstream employers to provide a range of employment pathways and training programs, helping people achieve their personal employment goals.
We operate over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging, Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers. Our EFI operations provide supported employment opportunities for people with disability who want to achieve personal employment outcomes aligned to their NDIS plan.
