Ensuring the people we support feel safe, healthy and supported in our services is at the heart of what we do. To help teams provide the highest quality of care, it is important they have the right tools to do their job well.

From 5 May, 2025 SafetyCulture will be replacing iAuditor as our platform to record actions that need to be completed to meet NDIS Quality Standards. You can access the log in page for SafetyCulture on Quicklinks.

SafetyCulture will:
- save time on manual tasks
- improve reporting abilities
- provide an efficient, centralised way of completing health checks
- manage corrective actions
- report accurately and effectively.

The best bit is; by having this platform, you can focus more on what matters – actively supporting the people in our services.
Rollout of SafetyCulture

As SafetyCulture is rolled out, some Leaders may receive a large number of emails about the actions that have been assigned to them. While this might be daunting, there is a way to set up a rule in your Outlook account so that they can be stored in a folder for when you are ready.
Here are the instructions for how to do this.

- Explaining improvements offered by the SafetyCulture platform, such as real-time access, streamlined action management and user accessibility.
- Roles, Action Management, and Quality Checks
