Communications Guide

Ever thought about the words we use at Endeavour Foundation? Surprise, surprise… so do we! So much so that we wrote a guide to help.

There are many ways to write a word (words matter, remember?) take a look at our practical Communications Guide on DMS.

Communication Personas

We have created communications personas to help you better understand the communications needs of our stakeholders, including people we support, families, carers, and colleagues.

Each persona represents a group of people you may regularly engage with, and outlines their communication needs, preferences and styles. You can use these personas as a guide to understanding how messages will resonate, and the specific information stakeholders need.

The communication personas are based on contact data and feedback from surveys.

Clear and tailored communication shows people we understand their preferences and needs, which builds trust and offers a more personalised communication experience!

View and download the suite of personas below and use them to gain a greater understanding of your audience! For any feedback or questions, email the Communications and Engagement team at [email protected].

Our Focus

We’re all about professional, timely, relevant and compassionate communication and engagement with stakeholders.

  • We create a unified voice and tone focused on our purpose to make possibilities a reality.

  • We help to build and nurture relationships with our stakeholders.

  • We develop communication strategies to implement a change or initiative; communicate a position or vision; raise awareness or understanding of an issue.

  • We manage communication channels (newsletters, intranet) and use various communication methods to meet the needs of our stakeholders (videos, easy reads).

  • We communicate urgent messages to stakeholders in emergency situations where information is vital to their safety and wellbeing.
