Our Standards

We strive for every person we support to experience a service from us that is safe and of the highest standard.

Delivering safe and high-quality care means that we do everything we can to protect the rights of people with disability, and we do this by doing what is fundamentally right.

It is our core values; One, Imaginative, Care and Passionate, that define how we work. Our Code of Conduct guides our actions, words and behaviours – it’s the #TeamPossible way.

Our Obligations

We have seven Code of Conduct obligations:

  • Respect individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making

  • Respect the privacy of people with disability

  • Provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill

  • Act with integrity, honesty and transparency

  • Promptly act on matters that may impact the quality and safety of supports and services for people with disability

  • Prevent and respond to all forms of violence against and exploitation, neglect and abuse of, people with disability

  • Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct

If you see or think someone is violent, abusive, neglectful or exploitative towards a person we support, you need to let us know so we can do what is right. Please contact the customer safeguarding team on 1300 730 334, email [email protected] or submit feedback online at endeavour.com.au/feedback.

Employees We Support

Our Code of Conduct applies to all employees, including supported employees. We are committed to providing appropriate and necessary training to supported employees to ensure they understand the Code of Conduct and how it applies to their role.

Code of Conduct training is part of our ongoing training calendar for supported employees. Every 12 months, new and existing supported employees will receive Code of Conduct training.

Code of Conduct is delivered as two separate face to face group sessions on-site, and participation is recorded in Carelink to track and maintain compliance.
