Our Community Portfolio supports people with disability to gain experiences and develop skills within a community environment through a variety of programs.

Our Support
Our Learning and Lifestyle services follow a person-centred support model designed to develop independence, confidence, self-esteem, and social interaction skills of people we support.
Programs include flexible and adaptable learning and skills development, recreation activities and social activities. Programs are personalised to people in our services, helping develop independence and support them to live the best life they can.
We provide support to people to access their community, engage in activities, enjoy social connections, and access learning and development opportunities at our Learning & Lifestyle hubs.

Activities at Site
Our learning and lifestyle services offer training and structured education programs through a variety of blended learning channels including theoretical, practical and online and we tailor our approach to the individual and their goals.
Services help to build, practice and maintain skills to develop independence.
