Fleet Management – Intranet

The fleet team is responsible for the management of the organisational motor fleet and associated services. Endeavour Foundation use Smartfleet Australia to manage the maintenance and other services of our vehicles. For any scheduled service or repairs, book your company car into an approved Smartfleet service agent. Advise the service agent the vehicle is managed by Smartfleet.

Our Fleet Guidelines are located on the Document Management System. Below are some fleet-related quick-contact numbers you might need:

Booking a Pool Car

We have pool cars available for booking at various sites. For Bokarina pool cars, email [email protected] to be set up with a login and a personalised PIN for key box access.

Booking an Endeavour Foundation pool car

Open an Outlook meeting request.

Search for the location: e.g. Pool Car [Location] [Car Make] [Rego] e.g. Pool Car Cairns Kia Rio 123ABC

Enter the purpose of your trip in the Title field.

Select your date and time the car is required.

You will receive an auto-response if the booking is accepted.

Return the car with at least half a tank of E10 or U91 fuel (unless specified as diesel).

Let Fleet Admin know if no fuel cards are available. Ensure you remove rubbish and any personal items before you hand the keys back.

Support Centre Visitors

We have six spaces underneath Support Centre for visiting employees and three for external visitors. Here’s how to book a space:

Booking a space for Support Centre visitors

Set up a meeting via your Outlook calendar.

For Regional Employees who are visiting, search for Parking, Regional Staff @ Head Office Bay 132 (bays available are from 132 to 137 for employees).

For External Visitors, search for Parking, Visitors to Head Office Bay 105 (bays available are from 105 to 107 for visitors).

Your meeting invite will be accepted if the bay is available. If the meeting declines, please choose another bay.

On arrival, please ensure you park in your correct bay, or meet your visitor at the gate and direct them to their bay.

Support Centre Casual Parks

We have 37 parking spaces available in Carpark Two, 23 Corporate Drive next to Support Centre. You can book casual carpark for a daily rate of $3 per day using the Parkable booking system. Here’s how to book a space:

Use the subject line “Request to access Carpark Two”.

You will receive an invitation email to download the Parkable app and book a space.

You will receive an email and app notification by 1pm Friday for your following week’s bookings.

Support Centre Permanent Parks

Permanent parks at Support Centre are paid via a salary deduction. Email [email protected] to add your name to the waitlist.

Although some parks may appear empty, please note that employees start and finish at different times and come and go throughout the day depending on their role.

Support Centre Car Wash Service

That’s My Cleaner offer car washing and detailing services at Support Centre every Thursday. Email [email protected] by Wednesday 12pm. You will receive an email confirmation with the scheduled time for your car wash.

Services operate on Thursdays with a Wednesday 12pm deadline.

Cleaning Services

Exterior wash, including high-powered wheel wash.
Internal and external window and mirror clean.
Vacuuming seats, boot, mats, floor and removal of rubbish.
Sanitizing plastic floor mats.
Sanitizing internal hard surfaces (dash, console, gearbox, doors, trays, wheel).
