We support people with finding employment by working with employers and other connections in our local communities, and through the delivery of a range of government funded programs, including Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services (DES) as well as other specialist employment programs.
We partner with people to create a meaningful employment pathways aligned to their individual circumstances.

How are Employment Services funded?
Workforce Australia is funded through the Federal Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).
DES is funded through the Federal Government Department of Social Services (DSS).
What is the difference between Workforce Australia and DES?
As a Workforce Australia provider, we assist any person (who is receiving income support from the Government) to get job ready through:
- Assessment of individual needs
- Assist them in looking for employment opportunities
- Develop skills and build personal capacity
- Support with education and training
We also help manage jobseeker’s obligations with the Australian government.
As a DES provider, we help people with disability find sustainable employment. Through DES, we help people with a disability, an injury or health condition receive assistance to prepare for, find and keep a job.
