Our Employee Engagement Surveys seek to understand your experience at Endeavour Foundation and your connection and commitment to make possibilities a reality. We want you to feel proud, motivated and connected so we can achieve more together. Our surveys provide the opportunity to hear from you, and better understand what we are doing well, and the areas we all need to focus on and improve.

How We Conduct Surveys

Our surveys are administered through the CultureAmp platform. Culture Amp is a trusted, secure tool specifically designed to administer surveys and aggregate feedback to maintain confidentiality of all responses. Culture Amp also assists us to review our survey results, through statistically validated insights aligned to industry trends on employee engagement.

We are passionate about creating great experiences for our people and value your feedback on what is driving and impacting your engagement. Going forward we will transition to a yearly feedback cycle, alternating between a Full Engagement Survey this year (approximately 45 questions) and a shorter Pulse Survey the following year to measure our progress on actions made.

  • Continuation to implement Performance Partnerships – Increased participation with roughly 80% of managers are holding regular 1:1 conversations with their teams
  • Socialisation of the Endeavour Foundation Strategic Plan – 5 Strategic outcomes: Safe, Healthy, Empowered, Included & Employed

  • All responses are confidential. You can provide open and honest feedback knowing your responses can’t be tracked back to you.
  • Your responses help us determine the areas where we’re doing well and where we can improve – helping us create a better working environment for everyone.

Our upcoming 2025 Employee Engagement Survey

  • The Employee Engagement Survey will be open from Monday 28 April, closing – Friday 9 May for non-supported employees.
  • Employees we support will have additional time to complete closing at a later date.    
  • The Employee Engagement Survey is a survey made up of a series of questions about your experiences of leadership, teamwork, job satisfaction, wellbeing and inclusion at Endeavour Foundation.
  • Your input helps us to understand where we need to focus and continue to make positive workplace experiences where everyone feels safe, included, and healthy.

What is next?

  • Following the completion of the survey the results will be collated and shared with Leaders.
  • Leaders will share the results at local level and understand what is driving and impacting engagement for your teams.
  • After your team has reflected on the results, leaders will engage with you to develop actions and create a plan that will have the largest impact on your team’s experience.
