Accreditation

A family-friendly workplace is imperative for both carers and babies when returning to work. We aim to provide a safe workplace to balance breastfeeding and work responsibilities.

Endeavour Foundation is accredited by the Australian Breastfeeding Association as a Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace.

What This Means

This accreditation recognises we support our employees who choose to manage breastfeeding and working. This includes providing safe and suitable spaces to breastfeed or express while at work, or a change in work hours and additional flexibility to accommodate individual needs.

Our Support Centre is equipped with facilities to support breastfeeding at work. If you are located elsewhere and require support, we will provide access to suitable facilities to express breast milk or breastfeed babies. Please speak with your leader to discuss your options.
